Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please allow a 24-hour notice of any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. All appointments for the months of October, November, and December will require a 48-hour notice. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour (or 48-hour during the holidays) notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to a 50% charge of the cancelled services.

 **Appointments that are 4 hours or longer will require a 48 hour notice on a typical day and a 72 hour notice during the holiday season. This includes most types of vivid, highlight, and balayage appointments.**

In case of emergency please contact the salon or your stylist as soon as possible. All no-call-no-show appointments will be subject to a 100% charge of the services that were abandoned. 


If you are 15 or more minutes late your appointment will be marked as a No-Show, cancelled, and will then need to be rescheduled after paying any fee’s. Please call as soon as you can if you believe you will be late as any accommodation will be based on your stylist’s availability.

Online Booking:

Online appointments require approval from the service provider in order to be finalized. Booking online will automatically send the provider a notification of your request for an appointment. Appointments that are 3 hours or longer may be subject to a deposit and may require a prior consultation. If your appointment requires a deposit or a consultation your stylist will contact you and provide you with more information. Please provide a valid contact number and email address when booking an appointment. If we cannot contact you, your appointment will not be approved.
