The Pre-Visit
First and foremost you’ll need to check out our amazing team and find a Stylist you want to work with!
Once you chosen your stylist, next you’ll need to choose the type of appointment you’ll need! Descriptions of each type of appointment you can book is listed on our Vagaro booking page!
Vagaro is our online booking platform and it’s the easiest way to book, cancel, or change an appointment at any time. You don’t need to download the app in order to book an appointment, but having the app will make changing any appointments a breeze and it’s available and working 24/7.
Some new-to-us color clients may require a consultation prior to booking a color service, so if you have any questions give us a call! We’re here to help!
The Consultation
First off, did you know that an in-person consultation is FREE!
That’s right, you heard us… free. We want to make sure that you have the time and space to ask questions and unpack what it will take to achieve those amazing hair goals, and gifting free consultations is just how we do it. This gives you a time to meet your stylist in person and gives them a chance to see your hair IRL. This way they are also better prepared to give you a more accurate price quote and and pick a spot that works for everything you need.
Some consultations may be done over the phone while other hair dreams may require and in-person viewing to really create a plan. A few situations where a face-to-face consultation will be required would be: If you have box color on your hair and want to go lighter, If you had your color done somewhere else but are unhappy with the results, if you want a complete change to what you currently have that isn’t simply “going darker”.
We recommend that you have at least 3-5 photos of your desired look so you can show them to your stylist so they create a plan for you. Colors, cuts, & styles, we want to see it all! Photos help us get a feel for the vibe you’re trying to achieve.
After Goodbye
We love getting the opportunity to create all kinds of styles to help you feel like your most authentic self, but the hardest part of pouring our hearts into our work? Having a client not take proper care of it in our absence.
We want to support you in all stages of your hair journey so we actually sell all of the styling products we use, in house. This way you can take home anything your stylist used and have everything you need to keep your hair happy, healthy, and vibrant for as long as possible.
The best part is, we actually use a point system to help you get free product! We love our loyal fam so of course we had to create a way to treat them. Look good, feel good!
